Nature of service
We provide information and help arrange helicopter charters, scenic flights, and transfers. The flights are operated by vetted operators under their own air operator certificates, not by us directly.
Pricing
All prices are estimate ranges reflecting Indonesia market context, not Sumba-published rates, and are confirmed by the operator. Positioning, landing, fuel, and minimum-hours can raise the total.
Weather & safety
Flying is weather-dependent and never guaranteed. The operator and pilot decide on safety and conditions; flights may be delayed, rerouted, or cancelled. We are not responsible for operational decisions.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by the operator or our official channel. Cancellation and refunds follow the operating operator policy.
Limitation of liability
We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee availability, weather, timing, or outcomes. Responsibility for the flight rests with the operating operator.
